Dairy Boy is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand built around a new vision of American style — blending nostalgia, sport, and everyday life with a point of view that feels fresh, intentional, and distinctly its own. This September we're bringing Dairy Boy to Nashville for a pop-up, and we're looking for the team that brings it to life on the floor.
We're looking for outgoing, reliable Brand Ambassadors to represent Dairy Boy on the floor during our Nashville pop-up — greeting guests, running the register, and keeping the space feeling as considered as the product itself.
The right person is warm, high-energy, and unfazed by a busy sales floor. They can jump between greeting a guest, ringing up a sale, and helping someone in and out of a fitting room without missing a beat. Retail or event experience helps, but attitude matters more — we need people who show up on time, work hard, and make every guest feel like the pop-up was worth the stop.
This is Dairy Boy's first Nashville activation, and the team we bring in will help set the tone for how the brand shows up in new cities. It's a short commitment with real energy — a busy few days on the floor, then it's done.
What you'll do
- Welcome guests and bring energy to the floor throughout the pop-up
- Operate the POS confidently and accurately — transactions, returns, and gift wrapping
- Support fitting rooms — sizing, restocking, and keeping the area guest-ready
- Maintain visual standards on the floor — folding, restocking, and keeping displays sharp
- Help with pop-up set-up on Wednesday, September 16 — unpacking, merchandising, and getting the space guest-ready
- Support opening and closing procedures each day
- Help bring pop-up moments and activations to life for guests
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment for the full run
What we're looking for
- A warm, outgoing personality and genuine love for connecting with people
- Comfort on your feet for full shifts in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
- Available in person in Nashville, TN for set-up on September 16 and the pop-up itself, September 17–20
- Reliable and punctual — this is a short run and every shift matters
- Retail, events, or brand ambassador experience is a plus but not required — we're open to all backgrounds
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, and the Dairy Boy world

Temporary pop-up role in Nashville, TN. Set-up help needed Wednesday, September 16, with the pop-up running Thursday, September 17 through Sunday, September 20. Starting pay: $20/hr. Applicants must be able to work in person in Nashville for these dates.
