e-commerce operations coordinator

Dairy Boy lives online as much as in store. We're looking for someone obsessed with the details — product launches that land smoothly, inventory that's always accurate, customers who get their order on time and feel taken care of.
You'll work across Shopify, ShipHero, Loop, and Gorgias, and you'll be the connective tissue between buying, merchandising, and customer service.
What you'll do
- Run product-launch readiness — copy, images, inventory, tags, metafields
- Monitor inventory accuracy across Shopify and ShipHero
- Triage customer-service escalations from Gorgias
- Own the returns flow through Loop
- Surface patterns in returns, complaints, and sell-through to the team
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in e-commerce ops or DTC
- Hands-on Shopify experience required
- ShipHero, Loop, Gorgias, or equivalent tools a plus
- Detail-oriented to a fault and good at writing customers
